About Us
We are a husband and wife team - Dan and Teena Brown - and we
have been operating Not Just Canvas in Caboolture, and now in D'Aguilar, for over 15 years, starting in the humble surroundings you can see here:
Teena has been a machinist for approximately 30 years and over that time she has had experience in apparel (clothing), bedding (mattress manufacture), curtains and window dressings, and canvas.
Not Just Canvas has more than 30 years of combined industry experience in the factory.
About Our Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our work quality and customer service, as we believe it is second to none.
We have always listened to our customers' recommendations in regard to our product so we can always be bettering ourselves for the benefit of you, our customer.
We have a large yard so it is easy for you to back your van
in, and Dan has many years experience with driving heavy
vehicles so he is always happy to back in if you are not
comfortable doing it.
About Our Materials and Methods
We have a small supply of canvas and camping goods in our
D'Aguilar shop but can supply just about anything that you
desire.
All the designs and pattern making and construction/fabrication
are undertaken in-house, meaning we do not have our canvas
goods ordered and made by other manufacturers.
We have worked over the past 15+ years to perfect every item that
we put our name to. If we find a canvas product or other
material is not to our satisfaction, we stop using it.
We use only the best machinery to construct all our goods which
gives a better product and a more efficient service too. Ancient
machinery can lead to to quality problems and delays in
manufacture.
